pkrslots reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending identity confirmation.
pkrslots takes age verification seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, freeze all balances, and conduct a full review before any funds are released.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pkrslots. Maintaining multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods – is a serious breach of these Terms. If pkrslots discovers a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited without notice.
When registering on pkrslots, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date. pkrslots cannot be held responsible for failed communications where contact details are outdated or incorrect.
You are solely responsible for the security of your pkrslots login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pkrslots will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately at support@pkrslots.biz and change your password without delay.
pkrslots operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method ownership documents at any point. KYC is particularly common before processing a first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review. Providing false or altered documents to pkrslots is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
pkrslots accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although pkrslots or your payment provider may apply limits based on account verification status.
All deposits to pkrslots are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by pkrslots. Your payment provider may charge their own standard transaction fees – these are outside pkrslots's control and will not be reimbursed.
Deposits are credited to your pkrslots wallet promptly after payment confirmation from your provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing speed.
pkrslots only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts – including family members – are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
pkrslots does not accept deposits from credit cards. If a credit card transaction is attempted and processed, pkrslots reserves the right to reverse the transaction and return funds to the source without activating any associated bonus.
Withdrawals from pkrslots are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If your deposit method does not support outbound transfers (such as certain debit card arrangements), pkrslots may process withdrawals via IBFT to a verified bank account in your name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals, although large withdrawals may trigger an additional KYC review before processing. pkrslots does not charge withdrawal fees.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within one hour during normal operating hours (daily, including weekends and public holidays). IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard debit cards may take three to five business days depending on your bank.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
pkrslots reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending investigation where unusual or suspicious activity has been detected on an account. We will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player within 24 hours of imposing such a delay.
pkrslots offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. The specific terms of each promotion – including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings – are published on the individual promotion page and/or in the email or notification through which the offer was communicated to you.
Most deposit bonuses on pkrslots carry a wagering requirement. This means you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement and a Rs 1,000 bonus value requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted on that bonus balance. Wagering requirements and all other bonus-specific terms are stated clearly in the promotion details.
pkrslots has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; using systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play; using automated software or bots; coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkrslots reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account permanently.
Bonuses are intended as a genuine reward for real players. pkrslots wants you to enjoy the bonus and win from it – we just need to ensure the system is fair for everyone on the platform.
Winnings from freerolls, free spins, or no-deposit bonuses on pkrslots may be subject to a maximum cashout cap stated in the promotion terms. Any winnings above this cap will be removed before withdrawal. The cap is always stated in the promotion details – there are no hidden caps on pkrslots.
Each game available on pkrslots is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, those game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between a game rule and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
pkrslots aims to settle all bets and game results correctly and promptly. In the rare event of a technical error, software fault, or human error that results in an incorrectly settled bet, pkrslots reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bet at the correct result. If funds have already been credited as a result of the error, pkrslots may deduct the incorrectly credited amount from your wallet balance.
In the event of a player disconnection during an active game round on pkrslots, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game's server-side result. Where applicable, disconnect protection policies are described in the specific game rules. pkrslots is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
pkrslots reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was published incorrectly, or placed in circumstances where a technical fault affected the integrity of the game or market. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's wallet balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrslots and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will generally be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable investigation costs, unless the account is under investigation for fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending the outcome of that investigation.
Any player on pkrslots may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@pkrslots.biz. pkrslots will close the account within 48 hours of receiving a verified closure request. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
